Hope this isn't a sign of things to come -

Kendall making cousin Max cry....

Sunbeam, sunbeam....

How do I catch this stuff called sunshine?


I caught a tiny sunbeam
It fell into my palm
Just like a morning daydream
Placed there to keep me calm
I knew not why it landed
But there, it did reside
This gift that I was handed
Had much warmth to provide.


I clutched the sunbeam tightly
And pulled it to my chest
Brushing its head, so lightly

For I felt truly blessed
To hold a sight, so pleasant
So filled with joy and glee – The world’s most cherished present
Had come to rest with me.






I knew that I had strengthened
Within the sunbeam’s stay
But time cannot be lengthened
And moments fade away





We parted paths at nightfall
The lone sunbeam and I
But, to this day, I recall
We never said goodbye

For some reason the 4th of July was Kendall's funny faces day... here are a few of the winners!

Mr. Pete came to stay for a few days.....
it was a work trip so we all worked on the couch.

Hey Mom - I think it is a trick.

Sleep

To most there is nothing more peaceful than a sleeping baby.... However, until now,we have never glimpsed Kendall actually asleep in her crib.

From Aug 18th until Feb 11th, Kendall slept on shoulders, in her swing and finally in her crib. But never for long and definately not peacefully. It took her a while to figure it all out. Then, while Ellen was on a transatlantic flight to London, Kendall pulled off the "impossible dream" - a full night (7pm-7am) of sleep. And she has blessed us with the same almost every night since.

"The Good Dog Foundation benefit -- and make it snappy!"


On June 13th Lexie attended a benefit for the Good Dog Foundation.
The foundation works to train and license dogs to become therapy dogs.
Lexie's buddies, Dreamer and Angel, are both therapy dogs - Lexie is a little too
rowdy still.

Introducing the newest addtion to the Krauser family....

Max was born on May 9th at 8lbs 8oz. Liz (Mommy) and baby

are doing well... Dave (Daddy) was last seen at Babies R Us!

Still chilly in New York City

We keep hoping for warm weather but spring just won't come to the big apple!!

Daddy did my hair today....

he says he didn't use product on my hair ...
